Our special thanks to all those in Florida who helped pull together a wonderful dream in a week's time for Donna. Unfortunately, Donna's health is now such that we are unable to fly her to Florida. We will however redirect and grant a local dream for Donna that is approved by her medical providers. Watch for updates in a few weeks. Often, dreams are put on "hold" in an effort to raise the necessary funding. In Donna's case, the two weeks wait that it took to raise the funds for the airline tickets meant the difference between her ability to experience her life-long dream and having to accept something far less due to her illness. Don't hesitate to help...donate any amount now...it means the world to those who have no where else to turn. Together we can make a dream a reality! We help those that may never have the opportunity to experience a lifelong dream. There are a number of charitable organizations that help children facing the same types of illnesses, however, we found only one other in the U.S. that helps grant wishes to those 19 or older. |
